Victory of the Soul is a guide and companion in times of overwhelming complexity, supporting inner clarity and resilience in moments of endurance, transition, and transformation. It is here to encourage and inspire you to find your own victory, your own soul’s triumph.
Victory of the Soul comes from the name Atmanjeet. Neither Sikh nor Hindu, this name was bestowed upon me many years ago by an elder yogi versed in matters of Western spiritual nomenclature whom I encountered once upon my winding and ongoing journey of recovery from iatrogenic injury and trauma, and of education and inquiry in the psychological and spiritual fields, among others. I hold an advanced degree in psychology and have experience working with individuals and groups in counselling, teaching, and facilitating roles. Beyond that, I might be described as a post-disciplinary polymath, with fluidity across multiple knowledge domains and creative disciplines. But perhaps most importantly, I am able to speak from inside the experience of a disruption of self-trust, the mind fragmented and body unmoored, from the long, quiet disintegration under the weight of survival effort in a world of noise and cognitive dissonance, from the sorrow of witnessing all around me the estrangement of nature and beauty as functional needs. I have been there, where all systems, theories, modalities, slogans, and advice seem to fall short and yet one must persist, somehow, to find a way through. Victory of the Soul recognizes the struggle, honors the beauty along the way, and celebrates the inner triumphs that mark true transformation.
