Walking is the simplest harmony of body and mind. You are not required to learn anything, or to have special equipment, or to attempt to do anything new or challenging with your mind or your breath or your body. You just walk.

I offer these to accompany you on your walks and to reveal the versatility of this simple act. In walking, you can, in fact, do interesting and beneficial things if you wish; most of these guided walks are rooted in somatic therapy and mind-body practices. Though I use many voices to speak my audios, they are written solely by me and grounded in formal training and experience.
